These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any courses, masterclasses, or services provided by Perinatal Psychiatry Masterclasses Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Perinatal Psychiatry Masterclasses Ltd. website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By accessing the website or registering for any training, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.


We provide specialist educational training and masterclasses for psychiatrists.


Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and appropriately. You must not:
•    Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access
•    Introduce malicious software or disrupt site functionality
•    Use website content for commercial purposes without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if these terms are breached.


Eligibility and registration
Our courses are intended for qualified psychiatrists. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if eligibility criteria are not met.


Course fees and payment
•    Fees are clearly stated at the point of booking.
•    Payment must be made in full before access to training is confirmed.
•    Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store card details.


Cancellations and refunds (unless otherwise stated)
•    Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event may be eligible for a refund. A 10% admin fee will be retained.
•    Cancellations made less than 28 days before the event are not normally refundable unless the place can be reallocated to another participant. In that case a 10% admin fee will be retained.
•    If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

Intellectual property

 

Course Materials
All course materials (including slides, recordings, handouts, and written content) remain the intellectual property of Perinatal Psychiatry Masterclasses Ltd. and/or the individual speakers.
•    Materials are for personal educational use only.
•    You may not copy, record, distribute, or share content without written permission.


Professional disclaimer
All training is provided for educational purposes only. It does not replace clinical judgement, supervision, or local/national guidance.
Participants remain fully responsible for their own clinical practice and decisions. We accept no liability for clinical actions taken based on course content.


Limitation of liability
We take care to ensure that course content is accurate and high quality. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will be free from errors or omissions.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
•    Use of the website
•    Participation in any course
•    Reliance on training materials


Privacy and data protection

Changes to courses and services
We reserve the right to:
•    Update course content
•    Change speakers if necessary
